4Life Founders, David & Bianca Lisonbee, are humanitarians. Their humanitarian drive to help improve the quality of life for people is what helped inspire them to launch 4Life Research® in 1998. David & Bianca felt passionate about improving people's lives through health and wellness. At the same time, they wanted to offer individuals, regardless of their social class or financial situation, the opportunity to achieve their dreams.


David was already a successful businessman who had developed a million per year network marketing company before the inception of 4Life. David, who has also been a nutritional researcher for over 30 years now, conducted extensive research in the 1990s in an attempt to find a product that was truly unique, extremely effective, and functioned beyond any other supplement on the market, so that he could offer his members a truly one-of-a-kind product and an unprecedented financial opportunity. He found exactly what he was looking for in transfer factors.


David & Bianca pioneered a new category of nutrition called Transferceutical® science when they founded 4Life Research and introduced their patented transfer factor products to the market in 1998. However, their commitment to future distributors didn't stop there.


Extracting transfer factors from cow colostrum and chicken egg yolk sources is very costly and requires high-tech manufacturing equipment. In order to secure the equipment necessary, David & Bianca were willing to invest personal money and not take a profit from the business for a few years so it could get up and running.


4Life now has over 25 offices and distribution centers worldwide. Most importantly, 4Life is a completely debt-free company, which offers an unprecedented opportunity to improve the health and financial situation of their members and customers worldwide.

Danny Lee
President & CEO

Danny Lee was appointed President and CEO in 2017. He came to 4Life in 2008 as the Chief Operating Officer and in 2015, was appointed Chief Marketing Officer. Danny has worked at well-known companies such as Mrs. Fields®, Merrill Lynch, Arthur Andersen, and Overstock™ throughout his career, which includes 14 years of executive experience. During his years with 4Life, Danny has helped improve 4Life Transfer Factor® quality, manufacturing, executive marketing initiatives, and customer service practices. He has strengthened the 4Life Product Registration Department and Quality Assurance program, furthering 4Life's goal to register products in dozens of countries around the world. He loves attending Great Escape trips and 4Life international conventions to interact with distributors (which he can do in both English and Spanish). Danny enjoys creating opportunities to promote the 4Life brand all over the world. He holds dual Bachelor's degrees in accounting and finance from the University of Utah. Danny's favorite 4Life product is RiteStart® Men, which he finds effective and convenient.


Kelly Bellerose
Vice President of Marketing
Kelly has over 20 years of experience in product development, branding, and marketing. During her career, she has helped develop and launch over 200 beauty, health, and fitness products in over 24 international markets. Since joining 4Life in 2013, Kelly has overseen four major consumer product brands, as well as other product ideation, formulation, packaging, branding, and marketing. Kelly's favorite 4Life product is 4Life Transfer Factor® Chewable Tri-Factor® Formula. She holds a Master of Arts degree with concentration in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. Kelly is an accomplished music professional and has credentials as a singer, songwriter, and recording artist.


Jeffrey Kalinin
Senior Vice President, International

With a Bachelor's degree in computer science and decades of experience in Information Technology, Jeff Kalinin brings a wealth of knowledge to 4Life. Throughout his years with the company, Jeff has developed a strong understanding of 4Life business systems. This enables him to provide support to existing markets and advise new ones. In fact, Jeff believes that providing support is his primary function, whether in the field or at Global Headquarters. He looks forward to witnessing 4Life's continued growth, and he loves seeing distributors achieve new ranks and build their businesses. Jeff begins each day with RiteStart® Men and relies on Energy Go Stix® to help him power through the day. He also believes that Renuvo® helps him keep up with the challenges he faces each day.


Brian Gill
Senior Vice President of Marketing
Brian has 19 years of experience in marketing, leading and developing teams, and providing key contributions to executive management. As Senior Vice President of Marketing, Brian supports the company's strategic objectives and helps provide 4Life customers and distributors with top-quality products and tools, relevant and timely communications, and an exceptional brand experience. He believes that a consistent focus on the "main thing" is a crucial driver for success. A distributor's main thing is to share 4Life with others, while the company's main thing is to provide the tools necessary to make those interactions effective and efficient. Brian loves working for a company whose brand promise is Together, Building People through science, success, and service.


Lesley Dunn
Vice President of Events & Recognition

Lesley joined 4Life in 2004 as Marketing Coordinator and served as Manager of Events and then Director of Events before being promoted to Vice President of Events and Recognition. Prior to joining 4Life, she held leadership positions on the Salt Lake Organizing Committee for the 2002 Winter Olympic Games and at Marriott. In her current role, Lesley creates and executes international conventions, incentive trips, and distributor recognition programs around the world. She loves recognizing hard-working distributors for their achievements. Her favorite 4Life product is 4Life Transfer Factor Chewable Tri-Factor Formula. Lesley earned a Bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University. She enjoys being in the outdoors and is a sports fanatic. Lesley especially loves cheering her children on while they do what they love.


Ryan Gagon, MBA
Vice President of Human Resources
Ryan earned a Bachelor's degree from University of Utah and an MBA from Westminster College. After joining 4Life in 2008, he initially worked as Marketing Manager, then as Senior Director of Training and Distributor Experience, and finally as Vice President of Human Resources. In his current position, Ryan oversees the implementation of employee benefit programs, works with executives to maintain positive company morale, and designs and executes operational leadership training programs. In 2017, he was recognized in Direct Selling News in its "Forces under 40" feature. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys reading comic books and coaching youth sports. His favorite product is Energy Go Stix Berry.


David Vollmer, PhD
Chief Scientific Officer

With a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Nebraska and more than 20 years of experience in Research and Development and Quality Control Labs, Dr. Vollmer understands how to develop quality products from start to finish. His expertise includes technical and administrative leadership, validation studies for new products, good manufacturing practices, production records, product specifications, and stability testing. Since joining 4Life, he has worked tirelessly to raise awareness about the high quality of 4Life Transfer Factor® products, one of the many things that makes him proud to work here. Dr. Vollmer is committed to ensuring that 4Life utilizes the highest quality ingredients in order to continue making the best products. He believes the company's greatest asset is the many talented and caring employees. Dr. Vollmer enjoys attending events where he can meet distributors and hear their inspirational stories. He uses many 4Life products, but his current favorite is PRO-TF®. With the product, he has achieved his goal weight and now wears the same size he wore more than 15 years ago. His wife definitely approves!


Steve Tew
Vice Chairman of the Board
Steve Tew has worked in the network marketing industry since 1996. He joined 4Life in 2000 when ShapeRite® merged with 4Life. In 2004, Steve was appointed President, and in 2014 he accepted the position of CEO. Under his direction, 4Life opened offices in more than 20 countries and became one of the largest direct selling companies in the world. Steve served as President and CEO until 2017, when he accepted the position of Vice Chairman of the Board. He appreciates many things about 4Life, such as the revolutionary products and amazing business opportunity. He most enjoys attending 4Life international conventions and traveling the world to meet distributors. Steve is constantly impressed by their passion, commitment, and dedication to changing people's lives. Ensuring that distributors feel recognized and valued by the company is a top priority for Steve. He has a Bachelor's degree in accounting from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah and a solid background in public accounting, finance, and operations. Kathryn Olson
Vice President of Legal Affairs
Before joining 4Life in 2004 as Director of Legal Affairs, Kathryn spent several years in the dietary supplement compliance field. In 2007, she was promoted to Vice President of Legal Affairs, leading 4Life's legal compliance team to ensure company and distributor compliance with all aspects of worldwide regulations. Kathryn loves working with independent distributors around the world and helping them achieve their goals in a compliant manner. She earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Utah and enjoys skiing and running. Kathryn's active lifestyle benefits from her favorite 4Life product, 4Life Transfer Factor Plus Tri-Factor Formula.


Mark Ostler
Chief Financial Officer
Although Mark Ostler has served as vice president, controller, and CPA for Mrs. Fields Cookies, SBI Group, and KPMG, he chose 4Life for the unbeatable combination of genuine people and an outstanding opportunity. Mark travels the globe for 4Life, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness throughout this worldwide company. In addition to traveling, Mark keeps current with his professional affiliations. He holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in accounting from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. Mark loves many 4Life products. Andrew Weeks
Chief Information Officer
Andy Weeks began his career at 4Life as a call center representative for the Korean department while pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems from Utah Valley University. Upon graduating, Andy served in the areas of technical support, programming, and systems development. During his 4Life career, he helped develop the infrastructure for the 4Life global information technology system, and he's been involved in creating the operational processes used in nearly every 4Life office around the world. His favorite aspect of his job is working together with people in other departments and offices to find solutions. Andy has enjoyed every step in his journey, but feels the time spent in the call center was invaluable for helping him develop a strong understanding of company operations. His favorite 4Life product is Flex 4Life® because it helps him recover faster so he can enjoy his favorite hobby, soccer.

Trent Tenney
Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales
Trent has enjoyed a rewarding marketing and sales career. His favorite part about working at 4Life is helping distributors realize the many ways in which their lives can be improved by joining the company. Trent looks forward to hearing testimonials from distributors and learning more about their experiences. He strongly believes that 4Life is the right company for everyone who wishes to follow their dreams and improve their lives. Trent feels that 4Life succeeds when distributors succeed. Nate Buhler
Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain

Before he joined 4Life, Nate had extensive experience at Nestle® USA, working in the areas of safety, production, manufacturing, and general operations at two of the company's largest plants. Nate joined 4Life in 2011 as the Director of Manufacturing. With the completion of the 4Life Manufacturing Facility, he was promoted to Vice President of Manufacturing. In his current role, Nate oversees 4Life manufacturing, quality and compliance, planning and procurement, and distribution and fulfillment. Nate enjoys being part of a global organization which produces high-quality products that help people improve their lives. He has a Bachelor's degree in computer applications and business management from Southern Utah University. Nate's favorite 4Life products are PRO-TF® Vanilla Cream, RiteStart® Men, and Energy Go Stix® Berry.

Deann Carter
Vice President of Accounting
Vice President of Accounting Deann joined 4Life in 2000 when the company merged with ShapeRite. As Vice President of Accounting, she oversees all aspects of accounting operations and assists senior management in financial planning. Deann is enthusiastic about travel and loves visiting 4Life's international markets and building relationships with international employees. In her free time, Deann enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and rooting for the Utah Jazz. Her favorite products are 4Life Transfer Factor and PRO-TF. Deann holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Weber State University.
